  • Double-Blind Review: MIJARCSE follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both reviewers and authors remain anonymous. This helps to eliminate bias and maintain the integrity of the review process.
  • Reviewer Responsibilities: Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive feedback in a timely manner. Reviews should focus on the originality, relevance, rigor, and clarity of the manuscript.

3. Publication Ethics

  • Ethical Standards: MIJARCSE is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards. Authors, reviewers, and editors must adhere to our Publication Ethics guidelines, which include principles of honesty, integrity, and transparency.
  • Plagiarism: All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using advanced software. Submissions with significant plagiarism will be rejected.

4. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • Waivers and Discounts: We offer waivers and discounts for authors from low-income countries or those facing financial constraints. Requests for waivers should be made during the submission process.

5. Open Access Policy

  • Free Access: All articles published in MIJARCSE are freely accessible online immediately upon publication, ensuring that research is available to a global audience without any subscription fees. For more information, please visit our Open Access Policy page.
  • Licensing: Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing for unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided the original work is properly cited.

6. Privacy Statement

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Special Issues and Custom Services

  • Proposals: MIJARCSE welcomes proposals for special issues on emerging topics in computer science and engineering. Interested guest editors can submit their proposals following the guidelines on our Special Issue Proposals page.
  • Custom Services: We offer expedited review services and other custom publication services. Fees for these services are non-refundable.
